SHARON BEAM, LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR - supervisor

I am Sharon Beam (she/her), and I'm here to help individuals, ages 16+, work on trauma, anxiety, and depression. I started counseling in 1995 and have worked in hospitals, juvenile detention, residential treatment, nonprofit agencies, and private practice. 

Having overcome trauma myself, I find it a joy to see you find that joy as well. As you fight the battles along the way and find the peace that is on the other side from trauma, I am there to support you. 

Some of those battles are anxiety, panic attacks, depression,  difficulty focusing, difficulty sleeping. Everyone experiences it a little differently. My years of training and experience will help us find what works best for you.  We will build coping tools to stabilize your life as you move toward improved health and wholeness.
