Frequently Asked Questions

Initial sessions are $175 and all following sessions are $150. Investing in your mental health provides benefits like improved self esteem, increased confidence, reduction in anxiety, lowered depression, increased productivity. 

Each session lasts between 50 and 55 minutes. Initially you will attend weekly and less often as you progress. Otherwise, everyone is different and problems are different for everyone. In general, you can expect to spend a few months to a year or more in therapy. You will not be asked to attend longer than is necessary.

I accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am out of network for other carriers, but yours may allow you to submit your bill for reimbursement.  I am not taking Medicaid or Medicare.
