EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the most well researched treatments in the mental health field. EMDR is used only when you and your therapist determine that it is a good fit for you and your needs, and once you feel ready.
Memories that have been held in a dysfunctional way can move to another part of the brain for healing and wholeness with EMDR. It helps release traumatic memories and helps your brain return to healthy functioning.
